About this organization
A Father’s Place provides free programs and support services to fathers and young men across 11 counties in coastal South Carolina. Our comprehensive fatherhood program helps fathers overcome barriers to employment, improve parenting and relationship skills, navigate child support and family court issues, and strengthen family connections. Through individualized coaching, education, and peer support, we help fathers achieve financial stability and become more engaged parents. Our Reality Check youth development program equips young men with life skills, career readiness, healthy relationship skills, and an understanding of responsible fatherhood, preparing them to make positive choices and successfully transition into adulthood.
Mission: To inspire responsible fatherhood so children, families and communities can thrive.
